Hi, I’m collaborative product designer
product Designer with over 5 years of experience, mostly in the e-commerce and ed-tech industries. I've worked on projects ranging from local scale to international markets across Southeast Asia. My design approach combines both qualitative and quantitative data, always aiming to build solutions that truly address user needs. From research to product prioritization, I’m confident in managing end-to-end design processes.
I also have hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems. I understand what it takes to manage global components and turn them into scalable, reusable assets. Clear guidelines and well-documented systems are something I deeply value they don’t just streamline the design process, they elevate the entire product experience.

Product designer
As a Product Designer at ByteDance, I started as the Search Page as a POC for TikTok Shop Search, where I centralized the product card experience across both Search and the broader TTS ecosystem. I also played a key role in research to understand how users search on TikTok and TikTok Shop in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam. In the second semester, I transitioned to Checkout team, leading the end-to-end revamp to create a simpler, clearer, and more intuitive Checkout experience.

Graduated from a product design academy, I began my journey at Tokopedia with the TopAds team, where I helped design seamless ad automation tools for sellers. I later transitioned to the Search team, taking on full responsibility for all search modules. I led one of Tokopedia’s largest initiatives, the Search Reimagine project, and was also in charge of creating design guidelines and managing the product card system used across all Tokopedia pages.

UX content manager
As a UX Content Manager, I led and managed content for Halodesigners, reaching an audience of over 50K followers. My work included creating interactive Halo Figma learning content, Tutorial dashboard UI learning content, educational Instagram posts, and post-webinar learning modules. I also contributed to updating content in the Petunjuk UX Mulai dari 0 book, helping beginners navigate the world of UX with clear, practical guidance.

Selected as one of 150 applicants for a competitive 9-month UI Design training, where I developed an internal e-procurement tool for Tokopedia to improve IT asset monitoring. I led user research, created tools for IT support teams, and facilitated mini-classes to support peer learning. I also built a design library for shop teams to improve usability and accessibility. Honored as Best UI Designer Mentee by the Product Design Academy 2021.
